CLEANROOM CLASS FACILITIES
A cleanroom is an environment that has a low level of pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapors. Controlled levels of contamination are classified according to the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size. Epson's cleanroom is classified as Class 1000 & Class 10000, and includes facilities such as an air shower room, HEPA filter, laser particle counter instrument, dehumidifier, and digital temperature and relative humidity devices.
